反移情作用(Countertransference)

指治療師受個案的刺激而引起的情緒反應，亦即治療師把內在的慾望與衝突，表現在治療工作情境中。
移情，就像外科醫生做手術得剖開病人的身體一樣，心理分析治療師替患者進行精神治療，必須追溯患者潛意識深處的隱秘癥結，而這種特殊的治療情境極易引起病人產生異常情感，把自己的感情需要轉移到心理醫生身上。

「負向移情」表現為病人憎恨、謾罵醫生；「正向移情」則是病人愛上醫生。

反移情在治療關係中，可能是建設性因素，也可能是破壞性因素，治療師在協助個案的過程中，要隨時覺察自己的反移情，使其不僅不會干擾對個案的專業服務，而且還可以藉此增進心理治療的有效實施。
