同學喜歡陳慧嫻，放學在他家聽的唱片。

1984年，陳慧嫻以《逝去的諾言》出道，主打情歌，由安格斯曲詞。

之後，推出首張個人大碟《故事的感覺》，奪得香港電台最有前途新人獎。

1985年，《花店》推出。

《無聊的警告》是一首非情歌，是她少有的快歌。

變、變、變

1987年，陳慧嫻挾跳舞街之勢，再度改編日本快歌。

張惠妹

烏托邦巡唱自2016年始，正是張惠妺踏入歌壇20年。
1996年，我不在香港，錯過了張惠妹的崛起。循序漸進，她出道一年，出了三張大碟；1998年，她獲得叱吒金獎，開了首個六場的演唱會。
朋友喜歡張惠妹，我買了張惠妹第六個演唱會ameizing 給朋友；朋友沒有藍光，唯有自娛，教人驚喜。
現場觀看，張惠妹的力量和感染力異常強大。

徐懷鈺

2012年，韓國組合BIGBANG在港掀起韓風。其實，滾石唱片在10年已領導潮流。

王菲

甚麼是女歌手？當然是銷量高和市場大的歌手。
王菲實在是名副其實的女歌手。開始留意她，是在94年《胡思亂想》大碟，她用回本名的大碟。 《胡思亂想》原曲是Cocteau的《Bluebread》；《夢中人》原曲是Cranberries的 《Dream》。兩首歌曲都是電影《重慶森林》的歌曲。王菲擴闊了聽眾的音樂視野。
而她自己的作品：《執迷不悔》、《討好自己》、《Di Dar》，顯示了她的才華。
王菲三次演唱會：94年最精彩的演唱會(18場)、98年唱遊大世界(17場)和03年菲比尋常演唱會(8場)。
2000年3月，健力士世界紀錄大全，王菲為銷量最高嘅香港女歌手：截至2000年3月，20張專輯有據可考嘅銷量達到970萬張。
