媽媽的工夫
去年端午節,媽媽在華嫂幫忙下,重出江湖,烹煮嘉興糭。嘉興糭是
浙江食品,外形方長。糭分鹹甜,鹹糭材料是金華火腿丶鹹蛋黃丶冬
菇丶瑤柱和五花腩,只吃糯米已充滿鮮味油香。甜糭是簡單的紅豆,
卻是著名的工夫菜。紅豆煮熟後,要隔出豆衣,留下豆蓉,再下鑊炒
香,故色作朱紅。在媽媽的創意下,添上桂花,吃罷真箇齒頰留香。
