藉著循序漸進的肌肉放鬆練習協助當事人控制本身的焦慮和恐懼。
2呼吸控制(Respiratory control)
教導緩慢腹部式呼吸法來幫助當事人放鬆自己,和解除因為壓力所產生的身體緊張狀態。
