手肘交叉觸碰膝蓋

眼睛隨臥8 (∞)移動

3對稱塗鴉 (Double Doodle)
左右手同時對稱畫圖

4字母8 (Alphabet 8s)
將字母放在臥8 (∞):a, c, d, e, f, g, o, q, s在左 b, h, i, j, k, l, m, n, p, r, t, u, v, w, x, y, z在右

5象8 (The Elephant)
以面貼膊,伸直手臂,隨臥8 (∞)移動

6轉頭旋頸 (Neck Rolls)
垂頭,以下巴貼身,左右轉動

7搖臂擺腿 (The Rocker)
以手支撐,上身後臥,曲起雙腿,左右搖擺

8交叉起坐 (Cross Crawl Sit-ups)
身體仰臥,手肘交叉觸碰膝蓋
